  3. You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish any content you submit.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

  1. Upload, stream, or comment with content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or promotes illegal acts.
  2. Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  3. Bypass, disable, or interfere with security mechanisms, digital rights management, or video playback controls.
  4. Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access the service or collect data without prior written authorization.
  5. Transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt system operations.
  6. Impersonate another person, entity, or registered account.

5. Content Moderation and Termination

Manatee Labs reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, review, flag, or remove any video, comment, or user account at its sole discretion. We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users, third parties, or the platform itself.

6. Copyright Policy and DMCA Compliance

Manatee Labs respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under applicable law. If you believe your copyrighted work is accessible on the platform without authorization, submit a written notice to our designated agent containing:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manatee Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, reliance upon, or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Delaware.
